1 bedroom flat situated in Grange Park Blackpool with a lovely communal courtyard garden and parking to rear with a small orchard of apple trees. As you walk into the property you'll be greated with small hallway. In the living room you'll also find a extra large window that over looks the carpark Upon opening the living room door immediately to your left you'll find the bedroom door which again I'd say is quite a large room. It has an extra large window over looking the courtyard garden. You'll also find a walkin wardrobe. The front court yard is very well lit at night with low level lighting. It also has a outbuilding that has storage for mobility scooters, and bike rack which are secured a key can be requested from the council. This hut also holds bins. Close to bus transport links and to schools and 6th form college. Poulton-Le-Fylde Train Station - 1.7 miles Blackpool North Station - 2.2 miles.
