We provide you with access to 13,000 homes across the Fylde Coast owned by the largest housing providers in the area. You Choose the properties you want to live in.
How to Apply
You need to complete an online application, this is a two stage process.
Stage one - Provide your personal details and those of everyone living in your household.
Stage two - Provide details of your current housing situation.
Not everyone is eligible to join our housing register, if you fail to meet the specific eligibility criteria, you do have the "Right to Request a Review". Please refer to the policy within the Publications section of the website for more details.
Once you have been accepted onto the housing register we will write to you confirming your application number, you will need this to log in to the system along with your memorable date (your date of birth) to view the properties you are eligibile for.
Our available properties are advertised on a weekly basis, over 6 days from a Wednesday to Monday. No bids can be placed on a Tuesday.
You can place a maximum of 5 bids per week - before placing a bid you must check the property is suitable and it is in the area you would like to live.
If you place a successful bid we aim to contact you within 48 hours of the cycle closing. You can refuse a maximum of 5 properties, after this your application will be suspended for 6 months. Therefore it is very important you place bids on properties that you are interested in.
If you have not heard from us within 48 hours, please assume your bid has been unsuccessful.
You may find it helpful to refer to the recent lets section of the website, this will tell you the band and length of time the successful applicant has been waiting i.e. if you were interested in a ground floor, 1 bedroom flat at Ashfield Court the successful bidder was in Band B. This means that if you are in Band F it is likely that you could be waiting some time for a property in this area.
